Returns

Return Policy

 

Our policy lasts 30 days, in order to be eligible for a refund, you  must meet the criteria herein. If 30 days have gone by since your  purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange for any  reason.
 

To be eligible for a return, you must qualify under  one of the reasons listed within the refund policy. Any reason listed  within the refund policy that specifically disqualifies you from a  refund will override a qualifying reason. To start, your item must be  unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be  in its original packaging and it must have all items within it. Should  you have used the product or installed the product, your refund policy  will be void and you will be disqualified from eligibility under the  refund policy. Under no circumstances will you be eligible for a refund  due to wait times on your orders arrival. If you haven't yet received  your order and you'd like a return based on wait times, unfortunately  this is not a valid reason for a return under our refund policy. 

For any refund inquires you must first contact us at  sales@LoneSaguaroWhips.com with the issue you are having. After giving us  information regarding your issue, we will require certain information to  help diagnose your issue. After you have complied with us and sent us  the necessary information, we will be able to determine your eligibility  for a refund. For all qualifying refunds we will require that you  return the products to us to do a product inspection. The return address  is listed herein. Should you be unwilling to comply or return a  product, you will not be eligible for a refund.
 

Several types  of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food,  flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not  accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous  materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

-Wait times on a product have exceeded expectations
 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase To anyone other than Lone Saguaro Whips.
 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery 



 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return  is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that  we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the  approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed - your  refund will also be subjected to a 25% charge of the original order  value due to a restocking fee, and a credit will automatically be  applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a  certain amount of days.
 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to  exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  Sales@LoneSaguaroWhips.com and send your item to:

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to:   Lone Saguaro Whips, Care of Glasgow Enterprises, 44920 W Hathaway Ave, Unit 1035, Maricopa Arizona 85139

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs  for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you  receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your  refund.
 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a  trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t  guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

"Text marketing and notifications (if applicable): By entering your  phone number in the checkout and initalising a purchase, you agree that  we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned  cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text message marketing will  not exceed 25 per month. You can unsubscribe from further text messages  by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply"
